By accessing this website, tapping the call button, or taking part in a call, you confirm that you have read these terms and agree to them on behalf of yourself and anyone using the service with you. If you are calling on behalf of a child, you confirm that you are the child’s parent or legal guardian.

Dial Santa Claus is a fictional entertainment experience for families. The voice on the other end of the line is a Santa Claus character created for holiday fun. It is not a real person, it is not an official service of any company, and the wonder is the point.

The service is offered for personal, non-commercial entertainment use only. Please do not use it for business, promotional, research, or other commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

A parent or guardian should start the call and supervise children while they listen or talk. You are responsible for deciding whether the experience is right for your child, for what your child says during the call, and for the device and phone plan used to place it.

Standard charges from your phone carrier may apply, and the line may be busy at peak times such as Christmas Eve.

By placing or taking part in a call, you understand and agree that:

• Your phone number and call metadata may be processed, including date, time, duration, routing information, and call status.
• Audio from the call may be processed.
• Calls may be recorded or transcribed, depending on how the service is configured.
• Information spoken during the call may be processed as described in our Privacy Policy.

Make sure everyone on the line, especially children, is comfortable with that before you dial. If you are calling from a place where everyone on a call must be told about recording, let them know first.

The phone line is meant for delighted kids and amused grown-ups. Please do not:

• Abuse, harass, threaten, or intimidate the service or the people and systems operating it.
• Place unlawful calls, or calls that are obscene, hateful, or intended to shock children.
• Attempt to interfere with, disable, overburden, or otherwise disrupt the service.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or try to extract the service’s underlying systems or prompts.
• Use automated dialing systems, autodialers, bots, scripts, or bulk calling against the line.
• Use the service to gather information about other people.

Responses may be generated by an automated or AI-powered Santa character, for entertainment only. Despite safeguards, the character may misunderstand a caller or give an unexpected, inaccurate, or inappropriate response.

Nothing said during a call should be treated as factual information or as professional, medical, legal, financial, emergency, or other expert advice. If you or someone else needs real help, contact the appropriate professional or local emergency services.

We do our best to keep the magic running, but we do not promise the site or phone line will always be available, uninterrupted, accurate, or error-free. Lines may be busy, calls may drop, features may change, and the service may be paused or discontinued.

The site and phone service are provided “as is” and “as available,” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You use the service at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability for any claim connected to the service is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Some places do not allow certain disclaimers or limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

The website’s text, artwork, design, layout, and the Dial Santa Claus name and branding belong to us or our licensors. You may enjoy it, screenshot it, and share the page with other parents, but please do not copy, republish, or reuse it commercially without permission. Santa, snow, and a jolly laugh belong to everyone’s holiday tradition; our particular arrangement of them does not.

We may suspend, limit, or stop providing access to the site or phone line at any time, including by blocking a phone number, if we reasonably suspect abuse, misuse, or risk to the service or its users. We may do this with or without notice.

We may change, add, or remove features, adjust the character’s behavior, change the phone number, or discontinue the service altogether. We are not obliged to keep the experience exactly as it is today, though we will try to keep it delightful.

We may update these terms. The revised version will appear on this page with a new “Last updated” date, and continued use of the site or phone line after that date means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
